Plot: Richard “Reets” Harrison (Ezra Miller), an 18 year old boy with a morbid fascination with cannibalism and serial killers, and Chuck Darnell (Cillian Murphy), his older bipolar step-brother, have been more than best friends for a while. Their bond resides in the fact that four years ago they murdered Chuck’s father, a tremendous secret they’ve been keeping safe since then. When they move to London, Reets meets Brett Smith (Jude Law) through a cannibalism chatroom and soon, after they finally meet up, he becomes a part of the gang. What Chuck and Reets don’t know is that Brett is also a part of a satanic cult and as he finds out about every single one of Chuck and Reets’ dirty little secrets, he slowly drags them both to the world of murder. Meanwhile, the trio runs a blog under the pseudonyms Jeff, John and Jack (JJJ) relating all of their crimes as if they were purely fictional, gathering an enormous fanbase all over the globe. Murder! Pseudo-incest! Cannibalism! Satanism! Incredible bone structures! This is a film you definitely can’t miss. Rated R for strong graphic horror violence and gore, language, and strong sexual content.
